Refund policy

14-day refund

You can request a full refund for any Snipaya purchase within 14 days of the order date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

• Use the contact form (topic Billing) or email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and your order number, if you have it.
• Alternatively, reply to your Lemon Squeezy order receipt or use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in that receipt.

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days, after which your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the credit.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the license for that order ends and you should stop using the paid version of the app.

After 14 days

Requests made after 14 days are handled case by case. If something is broken, please get in touch anyway and we will try to make it right.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
